Why are we here?

We are seeking to shine a light on what we believe is the most often overlooked of our protected characteristics - age.
We all have an age, and at All Generations Engaged we want to ensure that employees of all ages are equipped to succeed in their workplace.

To do this we want to hold a mirror up to the marketplace. We provide industry benchmarking to inform employers of best practices, as well as where they’re excelling and where they can be doing more for their staff. We’re here to provide an independent perspective on what great looks like for age equality, and tell companies directly, based on their own data, how they can reach this mark.

This is currently in the form of The Engage Report, our annual analysis of a range of UK companies’ age-related people performance, measuring them against the working population, their peers, and highlighting some of the patterns seen as their own people progress through their employment journey.

We are an independent, self-funded Community Interest Company (CIC) founded in 2023.

As we are a CIC (rather than a charity, for example) we do not rely on grants or donations to fund our operations, but the revenue from our products. This is reinvested to enhance our services, spread our messaging more widely, pay our staff for their time, and conduct research into understanding the role of age in all of our working lives.
