 FAQs

  • We will be looking to understand your employees and some things about your internal processes (such as recruitment). To do this we will provide a specifically-designed form asking for aggregated data (e.g. total no. employees in a given age bracket), as well as our purpose-designed tool to help you get your data into this secure format in a few easy steps. At the moment, we are not asking for/collecting any personal or protected data about any individual.

  • When we send you our Data Capture Tool (DCT) you will also receive our innovative aggregator tool. This has been purpose-built by ourselves to translate your raw data (as pulled from your own internal systems) into the specific format we need for our report, saving you both time and effort. This format reduces the sensitivity of your data by removing any identifiable personal information. As this tool is designed for use fully offline by yourselves, we never have sight of the raw data you enter. Just lift out the outputs, add them to the DCT, and send that back to us!

  • This year we will be charging £3,000 (+VAT) to take part in the benchmark, for which you will receive your personalised copy of The Engage Report, giving you specific insight and more detail of your performance versus peers and/or the market. This price will be reviewed annually to reflect the market and participant feedback. We are a not-for-profit company funded solely by our own revenues, which in turn go towards providing and improving our products as well as general business costs such as paying our employees for their time.

  • We run an annual cycle, beginning in Q4 of each year when we ask for you to register your interest in taking part in the Index. We will then send an invoice to be paid in Q1, at which point we will send you our data collection form. Once you have returned this with your data for the prior year, we will run our analysis of your company and the market to build your personalised Engage Report. We will look to get this to you in September of that year.

  • For the purposes of our index we consider a peer group as a minimum of c.10 companies from a given industry. If you are interested in participating in the index and we do not have enough peers from your industry upon closing that year’s registration window, you will still get the chance to participate and be compared to an ‘all participant’ benchmark in your report.
